Changes in physico-chemical characteristics of fruit during growth and development of pineapple variety ‘TN6” where investigated. The curves representing growth rate with fruit length, width and weight were sigmoid. Flesh ratio and soluble colids concentrations were increases with fruit development. The pH of juice were decreased with fruit development. Titratable acidity was decreased 77 days after anthesis. Ascorbic acid concentration was increase with fruit development until 63 days after anthesis.
