此研究計畫是以多重的研究方法來瞭解這 些花藥專一蛋白質在發展時期的功能,位置和 其基因的調控表現.我們在百合(Lilium longiflorum )花的雄蕊裡,找到了十七個花器官專一的蛋白 質.它們大部分是屬於花藥專一的.我們將以生 化及免疫學的方法來分析這些花藥專一蛋白. 並且探討它們在花藥生長發展時期可能具有的 功能.這些花藥專一蛋白質的反訊息DNA (cDNA)純 糸(Clones)將被分離出,並加以特性研究.mRNA的累積程度將依RNA blot和原位雜合(in situ hybridization )的方法來檢測.花藥專一蛋白質在植物發展時 的角色,將用轉殖植物(Transgenic plants)裡的 Chimeric genes來作過量表(Overexpressing)和不足表現 (Underexpressing)的實驗來加以檢測
