The Development of Vietnam's Oil and Gas Industry and Its Influences on China's Oil and Gas Export

越南石油天然气行业近年来发展迅速,是其出口创汇和支撑国内工业发展的第一支柱产业。然而,由于陆地可采储量的枯竭及国内炼油能力的欠缺,越南油气业呈现出日益依赖外资合作和海上油气开采的特点,这使得其油气业发展面临不小的经济压力和政治风险。为解决此发展难题,越南政府积极采取“引进来“和“走出去“的方略,引入国际合作并积极追逐海外油气资源,这一系列行动也给中越油气贸易带来了影响。Vietnam's oil and gas industry develops rapidly;it has played the most important role in increasing its foreign exchange reserve and supporting the development of domestic industry.However,in recent years,due to the lack of refining capacity and the depletion of recoverable reserves on land,Vietnam's oil and gas industry increasingly relies on foreign investment and offshore oil and gas exploration,which makes it face more economic pressures and political risk.To address this problem,the government has adopted "bringing in" and "going out" strategy,actively introducing international cooperation and pursuing overseas oil and gas resources,which affects the oil and gas trade between China and Vietnam
