Based on explicit relationship between fractional Fourier transform properties of chirp signal and its parameters, we proposed a new modulation and demodulation scheme named multicarrier-multiple chirp rate shift keying (MC-MCrSK). The scheme can support four users communication via underwater acoustic channel with 10 KHz bandwidth. Receiver can increase robustness by virtual time reversal mirror technology (VTRM).
