Rôle des réserves de calcium dans la réduction de la libération du calcium constatée lors de la fatigue musculaire, à partir des résultats de trois approches : études sur fibres sans membrane, montrant qu'avec l'augmentation de la concentration de phosphate intracellulaire, il y a une réduction de la quantité de calcium libérée du réticulum sarcoplasmatique; études sur des fibres intactes, montrant que la quantité du calcium en réserve baisse avec la fatigue et s'accroît au cours de la récupération; études sur des fibres intactes sans créatine kinase.
