La règle d'Ottawa est une méthode clinique utilisée dans les services d'urgence pour identifier quel patient, blessé à la cheville, a besoin d'une radiographie. Le but de cette étude est : d'une part d'utiliser cette règle en la modifiant pour identifier plus spécifiquement les fractures malléolaires, et d'autre part d'évaluer les économies financières ainsi réalisées
