This paper tells about the hydrogeological studies carried out to evaluate groundwater exchanges between Lepini Mountains carbonatic ridge and the Pontina Plain, Latium Region (Fig. 1), by means of numerical model simulations. The study area has been investigated several times in the past (Mouton J.,1977; Celico et al.1983), with concern about quantitative hydrogeology regarding both Lepini Mountains and the plain and also the exchanges with nearby hydrogeological bodies (Colli Albani volcanic one and Valle Latina alluvial one).
