The aim of the presented thesis was to compare metalworking fluids of different physically-chemical structure, used for the cooling and lubrication during the grinding process. Autor focused on the following types of experiments: A) The influence of metalworking fluids on the roughness of the finished surfaces of the steel specimens. B) The influence of metalworking fluids on the microhardness of the finished surfaces of the steel specimens. C) The influence of metalworking fluids on the anticorrosion resistance of the finished surfaces of the steel specimens.
