The submitted report summarise results of the Project EP 0960006147 solution regarding the soil and crops care, obtained in 2000. The research activities were in that year focused to the basis acquisition for the factors assessment limiting application of economical approaches of the soil tillage and crop covers establishment. Furthermore, the operative measurements were oriented onto investigation of the diesel oil consumption within operations suitable progressive methods of the soil tillage with respect to the site conditions.
