The aim of this study is to demonstrate the usefulness and the potential of mass spectrometry in biomedical sciences. Nowadays, mass spectrometry is routinely used for protein identification and sequencing. Sensitivity was a key features that made MS a method of choice for the identification and detailed characterization of post-translation modifications.Available from STL, Prague, CZ / NTK - National Technical LibrarySIGLECZCzech Republi
