In the experiments and clinical practice showes the acceptance of a hyaluronic acid prepared by the way of bacterial fermentation. The use of a new czech viscomaterial Duo-Bonharen Cohesive and Dispersive (DBc and d) makes the cataract surgery easy and increase the effect and results of cataract surgery. Application of both forms of viscomaterial by the way of a syringe with 27G(Cohesive) and 23G(Dispersive) needle is easy. Only the form of package in the bottles appears not to be acceptable for the routine use. DBd in a higher concentration fastens to the intraocular tissue and saves it against the damage.
