This thesis is contribution from the scope of the productivity of the work. This thesis deals with manual operation assessment in relation to the performance level. The structure of the thesis opens up and clears up pursue the problems of the productivity assessment in the form of unification definition relates in the scope of productivity of wor assessment, for example: delimitation of productivity of work assessment according to the labour force, definition of the manual operation, definition of relative and real performance, comparison of the physiological ability of the workers, definition of relative and real time of work.
