The most common forms of discrimination in sample consisting of 194 gay men was verbal aggression that suffered 39 percents of respondents. Half of the sample has been a victim of any criminal activity, 42 percent supposed that at least once it was related to their sexual orientation. The physical aggression has not been common, was admitted by 5 percent of men. The sexual abuse during childhood admitted 20 percent. None case of them was examined by police, most men did not evaluated this experience in negative way. 12 percent of men have suffered by sexual aggression, the similar proportion stated women from national survey. The discrimination in employment has not been common and the same number of men estimated their sexual orientation was an advantage. HIV and health policy was evaluated as liberal in comparison with other areas of social life. Nevertheless 37 percent of men suffered by HIV and homosexuality misconduct. Victimization was more common among the older, less educated respondents and psychiatric patients.
