The goal of this thesis is to contribute to the understanding of the RPLC column and mobile phase characteristic that play a key role in peptide separation. The knowledge of these column parameters and their effects on the selectivity and resolution of peptide separation will help in choosing the stationary phase that suits best our purposes. The results contribute to a more efficient use of reverse stationary phases for separation of selected biologically active peptides, analogues of enkephalin and vasopressin.Available from STL, Prague, CZ / NTK - National Technical LibrarySIGLECZCzech Republi
