Discrete controlling and computing devices, digital ordered super-large-scale integrated circuits are considered in the paper aiming at the theoretical generalization and development of decomposition methods of the discrete device synthesis on the base of programmed matrix structures. The software development of the discrete device computer-aided design on the base of super-large scale integrated circuits and LSI circuits is also the aim of the paper.
