The paper is concerned with the discrete stochastic mathematical models and computer systems. The aim is to develop the algorithms and software of game mathematical models for optimum control of complex systems. The game approach to the optimum control has been grounded and applied, a number of algorithms for control of game models has been developed, the modified model of Markov chains has been created, the polynom algorithm of linear programming and algorithm of correct calculations have been developed.
