The paper is concerned with an evaluation of properties in the complex objects according to their structure.The aim is to develop the simulation-linguistic models and algorithms for data processing of quality and quantity character in the analysis automatization systems of structural information. The coding system of chemical structures, logic-linguistic model for recognition of graph structures, simulation models for evaluating properties of the chemical compounds have been developed.
