The purpose is to develop the universal mathematical provisions for resourses saving technologies of hot-rolled strips including the selection of stand arrangement. A technique for calculating the influx parameters, an algorithm and mathematical provisions for the optimization of a manufacturing process in electric power and capacity including the selection of stand arrangement by reduced consumptions are developed.
