There the purpose are to create the control aids of characteristics of reactors (the power, the energy emission, the reactivity), to predict the behaviour of these plants above the momentary critical state near A3 neutron reflectors. The recording channel of neutron stream, which allows to obtain the information in real time, over wide range of power (12 orders), has been created. The activation effect of detector of neutrons is took into account in calculation of reactor characteristics. The prediction technique of kinetics of reflector reactor, which was based on the analytical-experimental approach, has been created.
