THE ISOLATION AND INVESTIGATION OF THE FACTORS OF ELONGATION AND AMINOCYL-tRNA-SYNTHETASES FROM THERMOPHILUS

The methods of isolation of the factors of elongation and five aminocyl-tRNA-synthetases from T. thermophilus have been developed. Spatial structure EF-G has been determined in two forms, namely, the free from nucleotide and in a complex with GDP. The kinetic parameters of the reaction of aminoacylating for the valyl- and treonyl-tRNA-synthetases have been characterized. The N-terminal aminoacid consequence of the treonyl-tRNA-synthetase has been determined.
