THE ANOMALIES IN STRUCTURE OF FISHER OF THE NORILO-PYASINSKY WATER SYSTEM (TAIMIR) AS THE INDICATORS OF THE AMBIENT MEDIUM STATE

The work has been made with application of the methods of the pathologo-anatomic analysis of the external and internal organs of fishes, the histological analysis of the gonades and cytogenetic analysis (the method of count of micronuclei). For the first time, the anomalies of structure of the fishes sexual glands has been studied. The level of micronuclei in the fishes erythrocytes of the Norilo-Pyasinsky water system has been investigated. The comparative investigations of the fishes condition in the water reservoirs, being subjected to contamination in a different degree have been performed. For the first time, for the express-analysis, the following indicators, such as the part of healthy fishes in the water reservoir, the variety of the anomalies of the fishes and the mean number of the anomalies per one fish in the selection, have been offered.
