THE ULTRASTRUCTURAL AND MORPHOMETRIC INVESTIGATION OF THE MICE-TYPE RODENT'S STOMACH FROM THE REGIONS OF THE ECOLOGICAL TROUBLE

The object of investigation: the stomach mucosa of 164 mice-type rodents of two species, being cought in the ecologically unfavourable regions of the Altaisky krai. The purpose of the work: a comparative morphological and morphometric analysis of the structural reactions of the stomach wall of the two species of the mice-type rodents, cought in the three different oin combination anthropogenic regions. It has been shown, that under the conditions of the chronic effect of the technogenous contaminations, the leading role adheres to the stereo typic distrophy-atrophic variations of the covering epithelium of the cornificating and mucous zones, lining the stomach cavity. With the ultrastructural investigation, the reduction of structures of the protein-synthesizing compartment of the cover-hollow epitheliocytes leading to the minimization of the secretory function, has been revealed. The decrease of the surface density of the covering epithelium of the stomach fundic section mucosa has been shown at the adaptation of the rodents to the unfavourable ecological factors. The revealed morphological peculiarities of the covering epithelium can be considered as the biological criterion of the ecological trouble of the biogeocenosis, not possessing the specificity, concerning any factor of the medium, and the mice-species rodents can serve as the test object of the ecological monitoring. The results of the investigation present the new knowledge in the field of the fundamental investigations.
