Development of excavator buckets of active action

In this study working operation of excavator with bucket of active action, technological schemes, technical and economical characteristics of its' use are investigated. The purpose of this work is to develop rating and design principles, to create and introduce into production working equipment with buckets of active action, to substantiated the field of its' usage, technical and economical characteristics as well. There have been developed working equipment design principles, as well as the methods of working process energy estimation, substantiated conditions of unexplosive practice with the usage of such excavators. The recommendations on designing buckets of active action have been formulated, Request for proposal (RFP) for designing excavator with such a bucket has been developed, technological aspects of its' use has been examined.
