SEARCHING FOR STIMULATORS FOR RECEIVING THE CULTURES OF CELLS AND INTERFERON

The purpose of the work: to find an optimum mode of action of the ultrasound and other agents for the stimulation of the proliferative activity of the MDVK cells culture and the interferon production stimulation; to study stimulation of the immune status with the immunomodulators introduction. For the first time, using the luminenscent bacteria cells, the MDVK culture and leucocytes, the variation of the cellular membranes permeability has been shown for the exogene and endogene substances under the action of ultrasound and the dependence of the effect on the membrane thickness. A full value of the obtained interferon has been confirmed, and the immunomodulating action on the animals' organism has been justified. The decisions of the State Committee of Inventions of the USSR for the Authorized Certificates delivery, relating to the methods of the interferon and culture cells reception are available. The levels for keeping the serum proteins have been established for the gnathobiotes of the gunea-pigs. The methodical recommendations "Separation and Cleaning of the Gunea-Pig Blood Serum Immunoglobulins and Reception of the Species-Specific Antiserums" have been published, using the results of the investigations. The scientific results have been used in the study process and in the scientific work of the Moscow State Academy of the Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology.
