The object of investigation: the strains of the milk-acid microorganisms, the biphacidobacterine preparation, the calves. The work is aimed at studying the biological properties of the milk-acod bacteria strains, the selection of strains, justification of its cultivating; at determining the biphacidobacterine efficiency with the calves colibacteriosis. Experimentally justified have been the tests for the selection of strains, the technology of its cultivating the design of biphacidobacterine, the indications for use. The data on the biology of strains LG-1 and V-1, and the methods of its cultivation have been used in the biotechnology of biphacidobacterine.
