ROLE OF THYMUS IN REGULATION OF PEROXIDE LIPID OXIDATION AND LIPID SPECTRUM OF DIFFERENT TISSUES IN NORM AND AT STRESS

The investigation subjects are 597 albino non-blood rat-males with mass 180 - 250 g. The aim is to investigate the role and mechanisms of the thymus participation in the regulation of the lipid and phospholipid composition and content in the brain and liver tissues in norm and at stress. The complex evaluation about state of the brain and liver lipid-containing structures in dynamics after extraction of the thymus gland has been performed firstly. The new knowledges about role and mechanisms of participating thymus and its peptides in formation of the cellular membrane structure in norm and at stress have been obtained. It has been revealed that the partial correction of the disturbed lipid membrane composition is achieved by an introduction of the thymaline. The obtaining of new knowledges about participation of the thymus in formation of the lipid layers in the liver and brain membrane cells permits to suppose the mechanism of changing in activity of the neuroendocrine organism systems in the thymus funstion deficiency conditions.
