THE LAWS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFLAMMATORY PROCESS WINT THE ACTIVITY OF STRESS-LIMITING ORGANISM SYSTEM INCREASE

The activity of the stress-realising systems of the organism with the inflammation of rats, the structure of the inflammation locus of albino rats have been studied. The purpose of the work: revealing the interconnection of inflammation and stress-reaction and revealing the possibilities of the inflammation process directed correction by improving of the organism stress-limiting systms activity. The interconnection between the dynamics of the cellular and vascular reactions in the inflammation locus and the stages of the stress accompanying the inflammation has been established. The possibility of modification of the inflammation process by limiting the stress-reaction accompanying the inflammation with the aid of metabolites of stress-limiting systems of the organism. The new abilities and the ways of optimization of the inflammation process and reducing its duration with the aid of GOMK, prolactine, dibunol and tocoferol have been shown. The obtained results have been introluced in the study process. The suggested method allows to perform the screening of substances on the anti-inflammation action.
