THE PICTURE OF BLOOD AND MECHANISMS OF THE HEMOPOIESIS DISTURBANCE WITH THE EXPERIMENTAL LYSTERIA INFECTION

The purpose of the work: to establish the character of the damaging action of the lysteriosis pathogene to the blood system and to reveal the mechanisms of disturbing the hemopoiesis with the experimental lysteria infection. It has been established that the total hypoplasia of marrow, developing on the background of the lysteriosis infection, is being accompanied by the reduction of the pool of the commited cells-predecessors of erythro- and granulomonocytopoiesis, by the development of anemia and lymphopenia in the peripheral blood. For the first time, it has been shown, that the support and restoration of the marrow hemopoiesis has been conditioned by the increase of the functional activity of the hemopoiesis microenvironment and adequate reaction of the preseved cells-predecessors to the action of the local mediators of hemopoiesis.
