For the first time, the high-effective callusogenesis and regeneration in the culture of the unmature germs of 13 sorts of barley have been obtained; the lines of the regenerants, differing from the initiating sorts in resistance to the diseases, on the signs of morphology and productivity have been isolated. The methods for obtaining the embryogenous calluses in the culture of the unmature germs of barley have been developed; the lines of regenerants of five commercial sorts of barley possessing the resistance of the seedlings to the dark-brown freck, gauze freck, powdery mildew and dwarf rust, have been obtained. The methods of obtaining the plants-regenerants of barley and resistant to diseases lines have been suggested for use in the se...
