Improvement of smelting process for heat-resistant alloys on basis of study of their specific electric resistance

There the heat-resistant nickel alloys, the alloys in the Ni-Al, Ni*003(Al,Ti)-C systems have been studied. The purpose is to develop the thermo-time processing regimes of melt on the study basis of change mechanisms of specific electric resistance depending on the heating temperature and depending on the alloy composition. The contactless method of measurement of specific electric resistance in the rotary magnetic field has been used at the study. It is brought out that the polytherm shape of electric resistance of alloys is determined by the initial phase composition of specimens. It is detected that the carbon influences on the values of critical temperatures cosiderably. The thermo-time processing regimes for VKNA4, EP962P, EP741NP, VKH4L heat-resistant alloys have been developed.
