Communities of infusorias of subarctic tundra lakes. peculiarities of structure and development, role in ecological system and reaction to antropogene effect

The work is aimed at studying the structure, development and role of the infusoria communities, their response to the lakes contamination. For the first time, for the freashwater reservoirs of the Subarctic, the structure of the communities of infusorias, their feeding, reprorduction, seasonal dynamics, vertical distribution, response to the growth of the trophic and contamination, the role in the ecological system has been studied. The contribution of infusorias to the productivity of the lakes has been established. The typical variations of the communities structure with the influence of the various contaminations have been noted. The species-indicators have been isolated. The results can be used in the express-analysis and monitoring of the quality of waters and for the estimation of the water reservoirs productivity.
