The purpose is to study the phase composition and the oxidation stability of alloys of systems of niobium - aluminium - (chromium, iron). The oxidation kinetics of intermetal alloys of triple systems of Nb-Al-(Cr, Fe) at 1,173 - 1,373 degrees K has been studied.
