For the first time, the common laws of the ultrastructural reorganisation of the rats' cardiomyocytes of the different age groups with the entire cooling and entire overheating of the organism. Damage to the myocardium in morphogenesis with the extremal temperature effects, it is suggested to isolate the unspecific and specific changes. The obtained data about the character and expressiveness of the morphofunctional changes of myocardium on the tissue and intracellular levels of the young and old animals under the extremal temperature effects, consist the base for the development of the morphofunctional criteria of diagnostics ...
