THE LAWS OF THE MORPHO-FUNCTIONAL ORGANISATION OF THE DUODENAL GLANDS (THE COMPARATIVE-WORPHOLOGICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION)

The work is aimed at studying the laws of the stucture-functional organisation of the mammals duodenum own glands. For the first time, the topographic, microscopic and histochemical peculiarities of the duodenum glands of the number of the sarcophagous, phytivorous and omnivorous mammals, including the man, have been described. First, the lability of the secretion biosynthesis process in the glands with the adaptation to the food composition has been revealed. The laws of the histogenesis and definitive organisation of the glands, connected with the nourishment variation in the postnatal period, have been established. The correspondence of the degree of development of the duodenum glands to the animal body mass and to the level of the energy exchange peculiar to them has been revealed. A new position about the participation of the duodenum glands in the intestinal digestion has been formulated. The interpretation of the duodenum glands phylogenetic conversions has been given. The new methods of the histological paints have been offered. The theoretical positions have been used in teaching the histology, anatomy, physiology in medical Hogher Schools, the methods of paints in the scientific investigations.
