THEORY AND METHODOLOGY OF GEOECOLOGICAL INVESTIGATIONS IN MINING-CHEMICAL PRODUCTIONS

The work covers the mineral-raw material resources base and enterprises (territorial-ecological systems) of industry on the production of the mineral fertilizers in CIS. The theoretical-methodological substantiation of the ways solving the nature management problems in the specific conditions of the mining-chemical productions has been performed firstly, the scientific bases of the nature management on the resource-saving technology have been developed. The standard base of the nature management and ecological programme of the branch for perspective have been brought to the practical use in CIS at solution of the geoecological problems in development and location of the mining-chemical productions. The investigation results have been confirmed by an introduction in the Minpriroda of Russia and Ministry of Economy of Byelorussia. The introduction efficiency is determined with the scales of the nature management measures and volumes of the practical use of the secondary mineral-raw materials resources taking decrease of the social-ecological damage into consideration.
