The aim is to determine the basic kinetic regularities and oxidation reaction processing mechanism of the alifatic alconols C*001 - C*004 and benzilic alcohol by a palladium tetraaquacomplex. The general law of the reaction proceeding rate at oxidation of the alcohols by palladium (II) tetraaquacomplex has been specified. The basic routes have been shown, on one of them the oxidation proceeds with participation of the colloid Pd(O) forming during alcohol oxidation. It has been proven in experiment that the investigated reactions proceed through the stage of forming the intermediate compound containing the palladium-carbon bond.
