SCIENTIFIC AND METHODICAL BASES FOR DEVELOPMENT AND REALIZATION OF WELL LAYING TECHNOLOGY WITH DEPRESSION ON SEAM IN DEEP DRILLING

The aim is the multiple increase of deep well laying production process efficiency at simultaneous price reduction of the drilling operation cost with use of the standard domestic drilling equipment and tool on base of the scientific-and-technical generalization, development and improvement of the applied design of the hydromechanical processes taking place in the face and in drilling well shaft. The theoretical and experimental investigations in the field conditions have been performed. The basic conceptions about hydromechanical processes taking place at drilling of the clayey depositions in deep wells with depression on the face have been revealed and formalized firstly. The generalized models of drillability, hour's drill bit durability and well wall stability taking the combined influence of the operating drilling condition pressure and irrigation into consideration have been developed on base of these conceptions. The optimization principles for laying technology of the deep drill holes with depression on the face have been developed firstly on base of the generalized models developed. The scientific-methodical recommendations with computer use providing the sufficient increase of the technical-and-economic indices have been developed.
