Cauchy problem and boundary-value problems for singular disturbed systems of ordinary differential equations have been investigated in the paper. As a result asymptotical decompositions for solutions of Cauchy problem and boundary-value problems at the condition, that a degenerated system has an integral variety, possessing a certain property of stability, have been found. New results for some applied problems of theory of gyroscopic systems, theory of systems with a bounded excitation, theory of elastic systems have been obtainedAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
