The obtaining of the closed mathematical description for the motion of gas suspensions on kinetic (for distribution functions) and hydrodynamic levels is the aim of the paper. As a result the new kinetic formulation of a problem about the motion of all phases of a gas suspension, including the ensemble of bubbles, has been given. The solution method for these systems has been developed. Local equilibrium and weak non-equilibrium solutions of systems and closing relations, corresponding to them, have been obtained.
