The convergence investigation and the substantiation and construction of new algorithms on the base of non-linear approximations for problems of non-linear programming and solution of systems of non-linear equations are the aim of the paper. As a result the connection between the solution of non-linear program and the solution of system of Koon-Tacker for a saddle point of function of Lagrange has been obtained. The substantiation of the method of quadratic optimization and other methods on the base of non-linear approximations has been given.
