The new investigation method based on the stability of one differential equation which is the characterized one for approximating distribution has been proposed. The optimal distributions with accuracy up to the logariphmic multilayer have been obtained for many dependent values being important both for development of the theory of summing the dependent values and for different statistical application of the circuits.
