WORKING OUT OF ACTIVE SEPARATE EXTRACTION PROCESS OF ORES FROM GOLD-ORE DEPOSITS WITH COMPLEX MORPHOLOGY

There the theoretical studies, the laboratorial and mining experiments, the statistical processing of results by the computer, analysis of technical-and-economic indicators of process approaches to be offered for the separate active extraction of gold-containing ores from the deposits with the complex morphology have been executed. The dependences of strength of low-cement packing mix on the czange of comsumptions of its main components as well as the dependences of formation variables of high-dense man-made solid on the properties of packing mix and on the characteristics of basic equipment have been ascertained. The initial requirements for the designing have been worked out; the process of separate and simultaneous extraction of ores of diverse quality from the gold-ore deposits with the complex morphology, which allows to rise the concentration of mining in the block 2-4 times, has been developed. The nomograms for the determination of compositions of low-cement curing packing mixes on the basis of local industrial wastes have been worked out. The active separate extraction process of ores from the gold-ore deposits with the complex morphology has been introduced at the Anrgen Pit and at the Kauldin Pit.
