INCREASING EFFICIENCY OF INTEGRATED COMPUTER-AIDED MANUFACTURING ON BASE OF THE SUBSTITUTION METHOD

The aim is to develop the theoretical bases for methodical provision of the computer-aided technological processes and manufacturing enabling to wide the class of the problems solved within the frames of the integrated computer-aided manufacturing systems. The new mathematical method for solution of the optimized and combinatory control problems of the technological processes and manufacturings on the graphs named as the substitution method has been developed. The algorithmic support and software enabled to wide the set of the problems solved within the frames of the integrated computer-aided production systems have been created. The system has been introduced at the engineering works of the defence branch.
