The investigation objects are the gallium arsenide photocathode and electron beams. The aim is to generate the ultracold electron beams and short intensive electron bunches with use of the GaAs-cathode. The analysis of the realization process in the magnetized electron beam has been made. The expressions for calculation of the beam temperature at adiabatic accelerations have been obtained. The electron beams with plasma parameter G=1,6 have been created firstly.
