The application of the controlled-velocity electric drives (ED) for the electrified plant-growing systems (EPS) has been substantiated. The factors influencing on the efficiency and output of EPS have been systematized. The algorithms of the optimal control for ED of the threshing devices and for motion mechanisms of the agro-bridge sets have been formalized. The programs for design of EL EPS on the computer for determination of the operation condition parameters, control law constants and evaluation of the control quality criterion have been developed.
