The aim of the work is to increase the design quality of devices on base of the microprocessor sets with bit-modular organization by means of the scientifically-substantiated development of the adequate software component models. The new two-phase models for elements of the microprocessor sets (MPS) with bit-modular organization reflecting the dynamic and static characteristics of microcircuits have been developed. The algorithm for design of the model state, methods of model design and also the procedure for observation of the simulation results have been proposed.
