The object of investigation: the population of the Tomsk town, the patents with the heart ischemic disease have been examined. The work is aimed at studying the interconnection of the polymorphic DNA-markersin the area of genes AROV and LPL with coronary aterosclerosis and variation of the blood plasma lipide level of the population in Tomsk. The polymorphism of AROV and LPL genes has been described; the associations of the DNA-markers of these loci with coronary aterosclerosis have been revealed. The data about the interconnection of the genetic polymorphism AROV and LPL with the lopide level of the blood plasma have been received.
