The object of investigation: synthetic peptide - fragment alpha 2 IFN of the man. The work isa aimed at studying the biological action of the synthetic peptide - fragment alpha 2 IFN on the different cellular line. It has been shown, that the presence of 21st chromosome of the man is required for appearance of peptide and IFN biological action; the peptide and IFN compete for the common are as of bonding; the receptor complex of the peptide has been characterized. The obtained data facilitate the possibility of receiving the immunosupressor preparation with more narrow spectre of the biological action as compared with native IFNAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
