Construction self-organizing procedure development and realization for complex object mathematical models and decision making processes

Complex technological processes, construction procedures of object mathematical models, calculation procedures of the incorrect problem solution are considered in the paper aiming at the development and realization of identification and control self-organizing procedures. As a result self-organizing methods for the calculation of the optimum regime of the complex system functioning, for the solution of some calculation problems have ben suggested useing for the first time. The development of modelling methods on the base of the passive-active approach has been realized. The program complex, realizing model self-organization procedures has been created. General methodologies and approaches towards the solution of problems of National economy have been developed. The mathematical models of various technological objects, decision making procedures have been introduced into operation.
