Analysis and optimization of microprocessor data systems of large-scale electric substations

The investigation is concerned with the microprocessor data systems of electric substations. The author has proposed a new approach to the design of the microprocessor data systems of large-scale electric substations consisting inthe stage-to-stage transition from the characteristics representing the substation as a power system component to the information system featuring optimal redundancy. The author has developed the methods and algorithms increasing the quality and reducing the terms of design of microprocessor means of automation of power objects as well as improve the efficiency of the data systems.
